Judy was born on March 21, 1941, in Salem, Oregon, to Harold and Lorena Fisher. She is survived by her husband James McQueen, daughters Kelly (Randy) Wildman and Kim (Mike) Stutzman, stepsons James Jr. (Terri) McQueen and Steven McQueen, grandchildren Aaron (Karen) Roberts, Nick Roberts, Ashley McQueen, McKenna McQueen, Cory McQueen, Kia McQueen, great-grandson Hank Roberts, sisters Gladys (Jim) Murray, Suzanne (Doug) Paul, Aretta (Russ) Bernardo, Lorie (Remo) Capaldo, brother Rick Fisher, and many nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her father and mother, daughter Kristina Rust, sisters Roberta Tennent and Marilee Glenn, and brother Butch Fisher.

Judy was an excellent seamstress and worked for Richard’s Cleaners for many years before retiring, and served various chairs as a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Albany Auxiliary #2255. She was an avid gardener, with her many roses being her favorite. She often shared bouquets from her garden with friends and acquaintances. Judy adored her dogs over the years, as they brought her an incredible amount of joy.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you consider making a donation to SafeHaven Humane Society, in Judy’s name.

A viewing will be held on Friday, September 8th, 2017, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., at Fisher Funeral Home, 306 SW Washington Street, in Albany. Family and close friends are invited to a gathering at Jim and Judy’s home, following the viewing.
